Customer Service Claims Staff

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide an efficient and high quality service to customer to satisfy customer’s needs and expectations within company’s procedures/guidelines.
  • To deal with internal customers (All departments) and external customers (customers, business partners) in order to get the assigned work(s) done and meet CC’s KPIs.
  • To give comment(s)/idea(s) on daily works to direct supervisor for process/procedure update/improvement (if any).
  • Set up work schedule every 2-week and do time keeper.
  • Organize training session for new CS staff
  • Organize every 2-week meeting to brief news or alert occurred situation.
  • Assign and handle customer’s complaint until end and make sure done on time.
  • Update and announce all processes & script if have any new or changed to team.
  • Mystery Shopper (Evaluate how pharmacists follow PMC Regulation)
  • Prepare and submit performance reports and records: daily, weekly, monthly to line manager (Problem & Complaint Report, Rule violation Report, Workload Report ….)
  • Completes operations by assigning and monitoring work, gathering .resources, communicating with other departments, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals.
  • Support to build up & develop some scripts and processes.
  • Supervise a dynamic team to deliver excellent services to internal and external customer through rostering, monitoring, briefing, training and coaching.
  • Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
  • Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;
  • Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;

  • Implement other tasks at line manager assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree or upper
  • Good at English
  • At least 01 year working experience at customer service or sales, preferably with experience in Retail, Stores chain
  • Good at English, problem-solving skill
  • Experience in customer services.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Management skills
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Well-developed presentation and communication skills
