Job Purpose or Summary
Develop Pharmacity Branded products to deliver sales & profit contribution in line with the annual P&L.

Main Responsibilities
- Create and deliver an annual plan of New Products to meet Customer requirements and support the sales & margin participation growth of Pharmacity Brand against agreed KPIs
- Find new Sources of Supply to ensure we have suitable sources for products that meet our quality and ethical expectations
- Manage the overall supplier relationship
- Identify new product opportunities by analyzing customers’ requirements, market trends, Pharmacity & competitors’ range & sales, working closely with line manager & PMC Brand Manager.
- Negotiate with Suppliers to optimize Costs and MOQs for new and existing products
- Lead the NPD plan by working closely with registration, quality & label design team to ensure that products are developed & launched on time.
- Manage a portfolio of NPD, supervise all activities from sourcing, delivery to product launch of NPD, define a critical time plan for all projects and ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within agreed cost and decisions are taken according to DOA.
- Drive supply chain cost reductions for all PMC Products by working with suppliers and fulfillment centers in areas such as packaging, item labeling, forecasting, quality etc…
- Minimize out of stock issues, by managing risk of suppliers
- Ensure successful products handover to PMC Brand Manager after launch.
- Prepare weekly, monthly reports as requested by business & line manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Good English required
- Preferably in retail own brand
- Negotiation skills
- Sourcing skills and experience
- Understanding of Manufacturing
- Project management skills
- Able to work independently, possess high level of responsibility and commitment
