Main Responsibilities
- Leading team meetings and assigning action items to team members, following up until the deadline for each project
- Manage requirements: Get requirements from users, create URD, FRD, FDD, and estimate timeline.
- Manage project plan: Analyze requirements, and create project tasks to meet requirements.
- Manage software development cycle: Planning, Requirements, Design, Build Document, Test, Deploy, Maintain to ERP system.
- Analysis of business requirements: get requirements, discuss with business users to consult them on how to run the business in ERP or need to make customization;
- Design AX functional solutions: design solutions based on business requirements;
- Test AX functions: testing standard AX functions and customized functions, preparing guidelines when releasing new functions;
- Training and implementing AX functions: training AX functions to users or departments to implement AX functions;
- Users support: daily support operation in AX;
- Support AX bug issues: investigate error issues in AX and give solutions on how to fix these errors.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 3-5 years of working experience in the same position
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics AX: Finance, Inventory, Retails, Warehouse
- In-depth knowledge of the architecture of Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills and must be able to communicate effectively and work at all levels of the organization
- Innovative and proactive in solving problems and improving processes/ tools
- Strong consultancy skills
- Analytical, self-motivated, responsible, flexible and with a positive work attitude
