- Leading ideation, validation, and launch of innovative products that users need and/or internal requested.
- Build-up & in charge end-to-end product development with technical team: product backlog & competitive features development, business and consumer journey excellence, development and launching, continuous product innovation
- Develop product requirement specifications including written descriptions (concept notes) of functionality, flows, charts, wireframes and mockups, etc.,.
- Familiar with popular BA/PO management tools, familiar with Agile/Scum culture and working process
- Work with other stake holder (finance, requester, tech, operation, customer services…) to finalize concept, working flow and make sure every related task will run smoothly.
- Create/maintain/own the product roadmap and the product backlog.
- Keep tracking on competitor’s product and make sure our products are better.
- At least 3 years experience, experience as Product Manager / Product Owner is a plus.
- Overall understanding ecommerce market and digital business in the fast-growing domain in Vietnam and region.
- Growth hacking mindset with logical/strategical thinking.
- Be an expert about Customer Experiences, Customer journey, innovative UI/UX.
- General knowledges about Technical, eCommerce… is a big plus.
- Familiar with ecommerce system and understand how do they work together.
- Outstanding customers empathy skill (năng lực thấu hiểu khách hàng).
- Outstanding communication skills.
