Landlords Relationship Management Staff

Main Responsibilities

1. Professional responsibilities:
• Complete the signing procedures for new lease/ sub-lease contracts including:
+ Check the contracts from Site Selection Team and find out the contract terms conflicting to the Company standard
+ Work closely with Site Selection Team to successfully negotiate the contract term with landlord;
+ Coordinate with internal Departments to complete signing procedure punctually;
+ Coordinate with Project Team and Landlord to complete hand-over procedure for the new site.
• Build up and maintain relationship with landlords and government, support Retail and other Departments resolving
issues relating leasing sites;
• Negotiate the renewal/ closured/ resized contracts according to Company standards;
• Negotiate rent reduction for worst performance stores when requested;
• Prepare reports as assigned.

2. Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;

3. Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;

4. Perform other tasks when requested;

  • Education: College Degree above
  • Professional major: Economics & Law, Real Estate or related business field preferred
  • 2nd language ability: Good at English
  • Computer usage ability: MS. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • At least 02 years of experience in the same position. Experience in retail chain is advance.
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • Skill to judge situations may arise

  • High levels of motivation, working both independently and as part of a team
  • Discipline, honest, critical and high initiative
  • Willing to travel and work overtime
