Performance Digital Marketing Manager

Job Purpose or Summary

Mainly in charge of performance of Paid marketing channel, to reach the target of traffic, revenue for website & mobile application. Also in charge of mobile application installation number

Main Responsibilities

  • Planning & implementing all of Performance Digital Marketing channels, including strategy, budget, KPI, setup, track, optimize, report
  • Research & collaborate with Sale Online / Commercial team to align the Advertising strategy for each product category
  • Co-working with Digital Product team to understand the Pharmacity Application concept & features, then planning executing for boosting app download strategy. Also request for enhanced result if needed
  • Co-working with CRM team to maintenance & increase major indexes of Web/App like Retention rate, Conversion rate, DAU, MAU, MAU, New user…
  • Closely keep tracking above major indexes and decision right action on time to improve/fix the issues if having
  • Closely control the budget and make sure its in the approved range
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Researching, applying & leading Growth hacking campaign to gain the KPI of revenue, traffic & app download
  • Lead analytic use and best practice approach through teams
  • Act as mentor and owner of analytic process to teams
  • Building, training the Performance Digital Marketing team to reach the given KPI


  • Education: Bachelor degree
  • 2nd language ability: Intermediate / Pre-Intermediate
  • From 5 years, with at least 3 years as the relevant role at big FMCG, Healthcare, Fashion, Cosmetics or eCommerce … companies, or at big performance agencies on the market
  • Overall understanding ecommerce market, especially B2C model
  • Big picture mindset
  • Growth hacking mindset with logical/strategical thinking – especially in app user increasing
  • Familiar & deeply understanding all Paid marketing channels & method like Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Youtube, Native Ads, Affiliate, Remarketing…
  • Data-driven character is a must. Master of analyzing & reading data from major tracking tools on the world
  • Ownership, independent, pro-active are must for Working from home during Covid time
  • Able & willing to constantly adapt to changing realities
  • Startup mindset, never say no is a must have
