Senior ERP Solution Specialist (AX Functional)

Main Responsibilities

Analysis business requirements: get requirement, discuss with business users to consult them how to run the business in ERP or need to make customization;
Design AX functional solutions: design solution based on business requirements;
Test AX functions: testing standard AX functions and customized functions, prepare guideline when release new functions;
Training and implement AX functions: training AX functions to users or departments to implement AX functions;
Users support: daily support operation in AX;
Support AX bug issues: investigate error issues in AX and give solution how to fix these errors.

Bachelor Degree
3-5 years working experience in same position
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics AX: Finance, Inventory, Retails, Warehouse
In-depth knowledge of the architecture of Microsoft Dynamics AX
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills and must be able to communicate effectively and work at all levels of the organization
Innovative and proactive in solving problems and improving processes/ tools
Strong consultancy skills
Analytical, self-motivated, responsible, flexible and with positive work attitude
