Summary:
The Backednd Product Owner for eCommerce Systems will oversee and optimize various facets of the eCommerce platform, including order, product, promotion, payment, vendor, …. management. This role combines strategic product ownership with detailed business analysis to ensure the eCommerce system meets business goals and provides a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical acumen, business insight, and excellent communication skills. In charge of Backend Product of Digital of Pharmacity, including Applications and Websites, from market analysis, product strategy analysis, digital e-commerce strategy, KPIs optimization, digital partnership development, UI/UX analysis with UX expert, e-com delivery planning, launching and continuous optimization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Document and communicate the requirements to the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (finance, marketing, tech, retail, customer services…) to understand and document business requirements for eCommerce initiatives. Conduct market research to stay abreast of eCommerce trends and competitor activities.
- Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry. Analyze current eCommerce systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. Ensure that the eCommerce platform is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve the online shopping experience. Work with UX/UI designers to ensure that the eCommerce platform is user-friendly and visually appealing. Implement best practices for shopping experiences.
- Lead eCommerce projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure project success. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Familiar with popular Product management tools, familiar with Agile/Scum culture and working process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT major (Software Development, Management Information System…)
- Have 3-5 years experiences with Digital Businesses, experience as Product Manager / Product Owner is a plus.
- Overall understanding ecommerce market and digital business in the fast-growing domain in Vietnam and region.
- Growth hacking mindset with logical/strategical thinking.
- Be an expert about Customer Experiences, Customer journey, innovative UI/UX.
- General knowledges about Technical, eCommerce… is a big plus.
- Familiar with ecommerce system and understand how do they work together.
