[SSC] Instore Marketing Specialist

Main responsibilities

  • Local insights: Conduct market research & work closely with retail to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data in new stores opening (NSO) provinces.
  • Follow up with internal (MKT) and external team (Retail, Property) for new store opening schedule.
  • NSO Marketing Campaign Management: Coordinate with marketing and retail teams to implement innovative campaigns for NSO.
  • Work with vendor and pharmacist to implementing POSM and deploying marketing activities for grand opening.
  • Performance Analysis: Investigate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies by evaluating key performance metrics
  • Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • Strive to reach the Company’s Vision and live with our Core Values
  • Implement other tasks at line manager assigned.

Requirements

  • From Degree of Associates in Marketing or related field
  • Good at English communication
  • At least 2 years of experience in Marketing field.
  • Good knowledge on client management and project management
  • Quick learning, willing to take up challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Outstanding organizing and interpersonal skills. Detailed orientation is a must.
  • Flexible with working time when required
