[SSC] Brand Coordinator (PMC’s Brand)

Job Purpose 

Coordinate and execute the commercial and administrative procedures of Pharmacity Brand and Exclusive Department.

Main Responsibilities

1. Commercial

  • Use deep analytical skills and prepare reports in the well-presented structure about the business performance daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly and other requested reports.
  • Be a promotion coordinator with the holistic preparation of the promotions by selecting SKUs and promotion schemes, coordinating the plan across the different departments include timeline management, forecast alignment, stock tracking, synthesizing and reporting promotion results for monthly review and other issues handling
  • Working cross-functionally with the Merchandising, Marketing and Retail teams on daily related tasks
  • Analyze product data and take appropriate actions for maintaining accurate product data and stock status.
  • Keep track on stock status, transition plan for seasonal products and products changing packaging
  • Support Brand Manager to complete products performance assessment to have appropriate actions such as pricing, promotion, packaging change or delist.

2. Administration

  • Implement administrative procedures of the departments (payment request, other request from Head of Department,…)
  • Accurately process the set up of new vendors and new item code in AX system.
  • Record and organize department’s documents and product samples.
  • Agree on job goals (KPIs) with line manager, and ensure the fulfillment of KPIs targets are assigned.
  • Perform other jobs as required by Direct Manager.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience. Priority is given to candidates who used to work in category management positions at FMCG distribution company or Retail.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge about the retail market.
  • Skills to accurately capture information; skillfully communicate and exploit information.
  • Highly accurate attention to detail, agility, hard work, careful.
  • Strong scheduling, synthesizing and analyzing business data skills.
  • Enthusiastic, honest, dedicated at work, learning attitude, open, confident.
