Main Responsibilities

• Manage Min Max in stores effectively to avoid OOS or overstock.
• Feedback to Stores within 24hours of receiving requests to amend Min Max.
• Manage Promotional stock effectively to ensure stock is on time to stores.
• Daily analysis the stock to allocate properly.
• Prepare all paperwork related to the purchase of goods and ensure the procedure stipulated is duly followed.
• Follow & ensure all POs will arrive on time.
• Support the Purchasing Supervisor in solving problems during the transport process, quality issues, late delivery.
• Strictly comply with Axapta compliance in all procedures.
• Collaborate/ data entry all paperwork related to goods purchased.
• Monitor suppliers’ OTIF & payment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics or Supply chain management.
• Good at English (Writing & Speaking)
• Computer usage ability: MS office (basic excel skills, word, power point)
• Related experiences: At least 1-year (or more) experience working in demand and supply chain field
