Job Purpose

Solving ERP, networks, hardware and software problems/issue request by user.

Main Responsibilities

Work with supplier to support ERP issue, guide user and setup admin task in ERP system.
Ensure and maintain the office’s information technology system.
Set up internal network for the company: router, wifi systems, switches, network devices.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults.
Setting up devices and software for users.
Repair hardware devices, office equipment: printers, phones, wifi.
Guide users to resolve any computer problems.
Management of IT equipment.
Working with suppliers on warranty and maintenance issues of IT equipment.
Coordinate with other departments at office/warehouse

Bachelor’s degree of IT or equivalent.
Have at least 1+ years experience in the relevant position.
Work independently.
Using Microsoft Office, Google Workplace.
Knowledge about ERP system.
Knowledge about network systems: firewall, router, switch.
Knowledge about MCSA.
