Job Description

Explore/ investigate the sites that has been contracted to build Pharmacity stores;
Build the basic necessary standards of sites that match the layout standards;
Design layout according to standards of size, height, signages, suitability and convenience for customers;
Development of technical drawings (current drawings, dismantling drawings, interior, MEP…);
Review the appropriateness and optimization of the design drawings and completion drawings;
Work with the supervisor and builder on construction method to solve problems out of drawings design on site;
Build 3D drawing design when required;
Prepare the weekly and monthly report on all designs, identify in advance potential incidents to prevent and solve any arisen problems promptly;
Joint in meetings on architecture design, project completion;
Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;
Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;
Other tasks as assigned from line manager;

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering,…
At least 2 years of experience in architectural design and have experience in construction;
Master of VN’s Construction Code
Experience in handling construction problems for chain stores
Experience in compiling management processes and standards in construction/ architecture industry
