Main Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, inventory health and market share for the company’s assigned brands. Take ownership to negotiate with brand principals on commercial contracts, brand supports to sustainably grow the brands in Vietnam in close partnership with Finance teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Ecommerce, Centralized Brand Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Legal and Operations, to ensure alignment and integration of commercial strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee the management and growth of multiple luxury brands within the company’s portfolio, including brand positioning, product assortment strategies, OTB, buying strategies for each brand, pricing and promotion strategies adapting to different distribution channels including domestic, travel retail, and e-commerce.
- Retail Excellence: Drive excellence in retail operations, including store performance, store productivity, manpower productivity, merchandising strategies, luxury customer experience initiatives, store operational compliances, and sales training programs, to enhance brand presence and store profitability.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth market analysis, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the luxury sector, informing strategic decision-making and market positioning.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales, profitability and inventory health metrics, and market trends to assess the effectiveness of commercial strategies and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- 5 years+ in project / Brand Management prefferable experience in Retail / FMCG / Pharmaceutical Brands / Company with proven track record in Executing Brand campaign from product initiative to launch
