MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
PR & Communication
- Assist in implementing brand communication and PR campaigns according to the approved plans;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to develop, and manage communication materials in line with the brand identity;
- Liaise and collaborate with suppliers and agencies to execute communication activities;
- Organize events, press conferences, meetings, seminars, partner receptions and government meetings to promote the corporate brand and products;
- Participate in writing and distributing press releases, related materials;
- Manage media lists, and seek new communication opportunities;
- Assist in building, and develop relationships with media outlets;
- Ensure communication content is delivered on time, and meets quality standards;
- Monitor, and manage brand and product communication crises on social media;
- Implement other tasks as assigned by the supervisor;
Reporting & Evaluation:
- Implement periodic reports on PR activities;
- Collect and analyze market information to propose improvements for communication activities;
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or related fields in Economics
- Good English communication skills
- A minimum 3 years of experience in media relations and communications, preferably in retail, is required
- Strong organizational, and task management skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving mindset
- Additional notes: travels when required
