JOB PURPOSE OR SUMMARY

• Be in charge of Capex categories: project (new store opening, renovation,…), construction, technical equipment,… for stores and back-office.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement the internal procurement strategies and procurement policies
• Understand clearly the specific demand or requirements of the organization and liaise between suppliers, manufacturers and relevant internal departments
• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase goods or services from both local and overseas vendors
• Conduct a comparative analysis on supplier prices and quotation
• Verify that the required order is within the agreed budget. Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions, include alignment with budget owners in cases over budget
• In charge of daily operational purchasing needs
• Process payments and invoices
• Evaluate supplier performance & assist in Periodic Performance Review for vendors
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP software
• 2-4 years of working experience in procurement for related categories
• Planning & Analysis skills
• Good communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Mathematics & statistics
• Problem-solving
