MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and optimize the stock level by store, using data-driven methods and tools.
• Monitor and report on the stock performance by store, identifying issues, proposing solutions, and collaborating with relevant departments to implement action plans.
• Manage the Retail forecast stock for various scenarios, such as promotions, specific demand by regions, special and ad-hoc projects.
• Evaluate and improve the standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to stock management by store level, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality.
• Implement other tasks and reports as assigned by the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis in the retail industry or equivalent. Experience in the supply chain/ stock management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools, especially Excel, Power Query, and PowerBI (Python is a plus).
• Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
