MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail Business Controlling
- Monitor and report on the performance of the store, identifying issues, proposing solutions, and collaborating with relevant departments to implement action plans.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses to assess potential business impact.
- Evaluate and improve the standard operating procedures (SOPs) by store level, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality.
- Coordinate Retail meetings with stakeholders, supporting data decision analysis.
- Initiate new contests/incentives for sales competition.
- Monitor Retail expenses and cost implications vs revenue (EBITDA, store cost optimization (store staff working hour efficiency), OPEX optimization.
- Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment for perfect execution.
- Implement & support improvement plans for unprofitable stores.
- Coordinate the performance and financial updates sent out to the organization.
- Leading the forecast and budget process, overall cost allocations, and financial results. Working closely with all parts of the organization.
- Align the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement.
- Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Implement other tasks at the line manager assigned.
Organization And Team Management
- Build up and develop the team, organize, and assign tasks, manage the team performance; implement the employees’ competence evaluation and have professional development activities to fix gap between the current and expectation.
- Deliver training on processes, procedures, work standards/instructions to subordinates, and ensure compliance within the delegated function.
- Create best practices for the teams in the systematic approach and ensure activities are delivered in line with these best practices (Including SOPs, processes, policies, work instructions, improvement ideas).
- Being fully connected with the team in communicating, providing essential information to create a full picture.
- Motivate, encourage team engagement, and ensure a positive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or above
- Fluent in English
- At least 5 years of experience in the same position in the Company, Group business in retail chains; Candidate with knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Strong data analytics skills (Excel, PowerBI, SQL or Python, etc).
- Hands-on experience in data analytics with millions of rows.
